Summary: Promotes and maintains quality patient care through effective management of patient flow and supervision of patient care areas during his/her assigned tour of duty; acts as the on-site administrator in the organization after normal business hours and has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-Call; evaluates and manages departmental resources. This position includes a base salary and geographic differential. Total combined pay range for this position is $117,136 - $138,044 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience

License Requirement
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 16 CEU's annually and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time post-licensure nursing experience in an oncology setting or an acute care hospital setting.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
