Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30 with a 30 min unpaid lunch break

In office position, NOT REMOTE

$23-$24/hr.

Job Description:

• Create/Run reports and track different info.

• Analytical and critical thinking skills important.

• Excel- Needs to be minimum intermediate level.

• Promptly processes and works to resolve operational customer complaints.

• Assists in ordering store office supplies, uniforms, and store equipment as directed.

• Fulfilling uniform orders- go into warehouse to pull uniforms, place in bags.

• Fulfilling supply orders for stores like office supplies. Pull and pack the order, warehouse will ship.

• Lift up to 40lbs-boxes of uniforms- when they arrive, put away in supply room.

• Fast learner who takes diligent and organized notes

EXCEL VERY IMPORTANT:

• Excel- Needs to be min. intermediate level.
• Will be doing BASIC formulas, formatting, and conditional reports.
• Formulas used: Add, subtract, multiply, divide, sums, average.
• Will be asked by a manager to take a concept and create an organized spreadsheet that they can manipulate and review the data.
• Will run reports and be asked to track different info.
