Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 per year, plus benefits

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our client in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at identifying top talent to support our growing organization. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates who align with our company culture and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of our company.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry groups to attract top talent.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Familiarity with engineering roles and recruiting for technical positions is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to a positive work culture.
