Description: One of my best clients is searching for a Operations Supervisor for their night shift. There are a dynamic and rapidly growing company committed to delivering high-quality products to their customers. As a leader in our field, we prioritize innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in our production processes. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

As the Night Shift Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations during the night shift. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead and motivate a team of production workers during the night shift.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure production targets are met.

Continuous Improvement:

• Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
• Identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and enforce quality control measures to meet or exceed product specifications.
• Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards.

Safety Compliance:

• Ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.

Training and Development:

Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
