Location: Euless, TX

Status: Full-time - Hybrid (3 days in office; 2 days at home)

Day-to-Day:
  • Coordinates the new hire data set up, employee changes, timekeeping system and bi-weekly payroll.
  • Inputs all new hire data into all HR-related systems as required.
  • Ensures appropriate and accurate review and data entry in to the HRIS of any employee change such as promotions, demotions, terminations, allocation changes, direct deposits.
  • Maintains and prepares timecard data at the beginning of each payroll processing cycle and ensures that hours are accurate for employees to avoid over/under payments and other errors.
  • Responsible for processing biweekly multi-state payroll in a timely manner and ensures the accuracy of payroll data.
  • Accountable for the accuracy of all system generated direct deposits and checks, including computation and calculation of special checks for overtime, bonus pay, leave pay, garnishments, termination pay and other required earnings and deductions.
  • Responsible for employee file maintenance, including scanning, proper file placement, audits, shredding.
  • Handles all I-9 tracking, management and compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus three years payroll experience.
  • UltiPro experience preferred.
  • Valid Texas Drivers' License, clear MVR and ability to be insured.
