Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Pharmaceutical Production Associate.

Position type: Full-time,Contract to hire
Location: Syracuse, NY
Job/ Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm

As a Pharmaceutical Production Associate:

• Complete records and logbooks per SOP. Document production activities per procedure. Verify all entries are accurate. Sign document as indicated. Review documentation and obtain required verifications.
• Respect authority and follow work instructions. Exchange information about status of workday. Notify supervisor or line lead of issues/concerns using effective communication techniques. Coordinate efforts with other departments as needed including Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and other production units.
• Follow procedures related to clothing requirements and gowning. Observe good aseptic practices where required. Maintain qualified status for cleanroom work where indicated.
• Complete training as assigned by supervisor or line lead. Participate in co-worker training as requested. Perform tasks per procedure. Complete training documentation and submit it to the Training Department. Identify areas for additional training and pursue it where indicated.
• Use PPE as assigned. Follow appropriate safety procedures. Review Safety Data Sheets as necessary. Clean spills and dispose of waste properly and timely. Report all incidents to appropriate management team members and/or the safety committee.
• Component and printed material handling: Obtain components and prepare them for use in production per procedure. Obtain printed components and complete check in per procedure. Determine amount of material needed from batch documentation. Complete documentation for returning materials per procedure. Tag, palletize, and place all return and reject items as directed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School or equivalent.
• Six months to one year in a sterile, pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $18.50 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
