Overview

As a Pool Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the poolside experience for our guests by adhering to safety standards, warmly greeting guests, and providing them with towels, menus, and information about our food and beverage services. You will be responsible for ensuring guests are comfortably situated by setting up towels on chairs, offering chilled towels and water spritzes, and managing cabana setups and breakdowns. In addition to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, you will communicate guests' service requests to food and beverage servers promptly. The ideal candidate will have excellent guest service and oral communication skills, with the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and adapt to varying schedules.

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
