RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Portfolio Management in Doral, FL.Summary:The Project Portfolio Manager/Coordinator the Financial Systems team, and with the team, is responsible for developing the Corporation's financial systems project coordination and management, maintaining, and adhering to development, application, and standards. This position reviews all project-related initiatives in conjunction with management to ensure alignment and progress towards the integrated strategy. The position is with the Finance Project and IT Leads within each project area. Although there are multiple projects, there are not multiple Project Managers within the Finance areas. This position is responsible for the delivery, project management, and transition to support of financial systems projects. The position is tasked with providing leadership in managing and communicating the global projects for financial systems, providing full project support, innovative ideas, full project documentation, oversight on testing, and successful knowledge transfer to the support team. The position also manages the coordination of statements of work associated with negotiated agreements for the Financial Systems department projects.Duties Include:- Manages project coordination in conjunction with Financial Systems Managers, internal team members and all project external resources
- As a Project Portfolio Manager, you will establish all communication related to projects and enhancements, which may include the establishment and use of SharePoint and Teams sites, tickets, and other tools/tables
- Responsible for providing reporting and transparency to Financial Systems Director, Steering Committee and Financial Tech Systems Leads
- Work with Financial Systems team to propose and prioritize process efficiencies and leverage the system
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Accounting/Finance is required; MBA preferred
- PMP preferred
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years overall project management experience including finance projects
- Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer skills
- Knowledge of implementation lifecycle, including details of requirements, process validation, design, configuration, build and test phases
- Agile and Project Management
- Hands on expertise in Oracle EBS application module such as Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Fix Assets, and GL is highly desirable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
