*Job Title: POS Specialist/Analyst *
*Job Location: Charlotte, NC *
*Job Salary: $60,000-$70,000 with 10% Bonus*
*Requirements: Point of Sale (POS) Systems, Desktop Support, Upgrades, Maintenance, Installations*
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years of hands on Point of Sale (POS) technician experience including installations, maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and an understanding of promotions/coupons.
- Experience handling basic desktop support responsibilities for internal employees including PC refreshes, hardware break fix, and basic software issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to support employees at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelors or Associate Degree preferred but not required.
