As part of the W+ Customer Product team, your charter will be to build ideal experiences for members who leverage our services across their many needs.

You'll leverage the best and latest tools to facilitate remote teams and work with teams who develop experiences that have changed the industry including the mobile app, online grocery experience, curbside, or Delivery Unlimited. You'll make an impact by:

  • Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, unlocking key new capabilities to deliver value to our members at Walmart scale.
  • Leading and delivering on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization
  • Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Business, and Product partners.
  • Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities
  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
  • Building platforms and capabilities at scale that deliver even more value for our members

You'll sweep us off our feet if...
  • You have experience building scalable platforms and are comfortable discussing technical architecture details
  • You like digging into data and doing some analysis
  • You're excited about solving complex challenges
  • You're customer-centric in spirit and in execution
  • You're comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly
  • You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team's products

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in product management/development
  • Experience building digital products/features in partnership with design, engineering, key stakeholders
  • Experience making data-driven product decisions and defining product strategy
  • Experience defining product strategy and roadmap
  • Experience leading product development and management from end to end
  • Preferred experience leading direct or indirect reports

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $168,000.00-$252,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

- Stock equity incentives

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience
