Position: Process Technician
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: 12-hour shifts on day shifts or night shifts, 3-4 days per week
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Responsibilities (Analyze, Communicate & Collaborate)

  • Enlists technical aptitude, process analysis, and escalation skills in an office setting multitasking up to 25 online manufacturing systems and data analysis.
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate detailed technical information to managers, technicians and leadership.
  • Internalize and demonstrate the ability to use established procedures, lean manufacturing and SOPs to identify challenges and produce solutions.
  • Diagnose potential risks through memorization of dozens of defect codes per module to identify trends and mitigate production risk and align to daily goals.
  • Diligently participate in 6-9 months of training which include:
  • On the Job training
  • SOP learning
  • Job shadowing
  • Video training
  • Actual Production

Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-8 years of experience within a professional office environment
  • Demonstrate the knowledge of process improvement and analysis of data in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must enjoy working in an office setting, understand process flow analysis and possess strong Microsoft Excel, Power Point, MS Office / Outlook skills
  • Comfortable working a compressed 12hr/day work week, that requires you to be available days or nights post training.
  • Eligible candidates must have:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Proof of US Citizenship or Green Card
