Salary: $95,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a 2rd Shift Production Manager with Sanitation Supervisory experience in the Tyler, Texas area.

COMPENSATION: $95,000 to 110,000 plus bonus

SHIFT: 2nd Shift (8:00p till the handoff to sanitation with occasional Saturdays based on Demand)

MUST HAVE: 5+ years of Production and Sanitation experience (Bachelors degree preferred)

MUST HAVE: Food Production and Sanitation Supervisory experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set job expectations and monitor progress

- Participate in hiring, training and disciplinary actions when necessary

- Maintain workflow of production processes and personnel and resources needed

- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel

- Establish priorities and monitor progress

- Maintain quality service

- Ensure operation of equipment

- Ensure that the finished products are submitted and comply with critical control point (CCP)

- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

- Prepare production reports

- Conduct employee performance reviews

- Ensure that SOP's, GMP's, and safety rules are followed

Sanitation:

- Oversee plant cleaning, sanitation, pest control, and GMP compliance

- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices

- Oversee training on all shifts from a sanitation perspective

- Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary

- Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory product quality standards

- Validate performance of the CIP and COP system

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ years of Production and Sanitation experience (Bachelors degree preferred)

- 4+ years of experience in some sort of food manufacturing environment

- 2+ years of supervisory experience
