Description: Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor-Weekends

JDP is seeking a night Production Supervisor in Sioux City area! The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of an assigned team of employees to perform tasks in a food manufacturing environment.

FULL RELOCATION INCLUDING TEMP HOUSING

Shift is Thursday to Sunday on Day shift

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Assist in crafting team goals, objectives, standards, and expectations to align with our company's strategic vision.
  
• Collaborative Excellence: Forge strong partnerships within departmental lines, working together to achieve collective team objectives.
• Innovative Thinking: Offer valuable insights to inspire innovative approaches for addressing daily challenges and driving continuous improvement.
• Accountability Champion: Drive a sense of individual accountability and ownership, encouraging our team members to deliver outstanding results.
• Performance Oversight: Foster accountability among direct reports, covering crucial aspects such as safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Policy and Procedure Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to our company's policies and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance.

Requirements:

• While a degree is highly preferred, it is not a strict requirement, as we value experience and dedication.
  
• Prior experience in food manufacturing is essential, showcasing your industry knowledge and adaptability.
• Strong leadership experience is highly preferred, reflecting your ability to inspire and lead a team effectively.
• Past involvement in labor planning and scheduling is a valuable asset, highlighting your organizational and planning skills.
