Program Coordinator

Our client is a renowned Boston-based hospital seeking a Temporary Program Coordinator in their Stroke and Cerebrovascular department.
This role constitutes a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm schedule, and is a 3-6 month contract with opportunity to extend. There is strong permanent potential in this role as well. Specific duties include managing multiple calendars, scheduling multi-disciplinary appointments, obtaining insurance prior authorization, and coordinating and uploading forms. This role works closely with Doctors, NPs, and the nursing staff. The ideal candidate would possess at least an Associate's degree, 1 + years of administrative experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, top-notch proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and some previous experience in healthcare. Qualified candidates encouraged to apply for openings in both Boston and Waltham! This role can compensate up to $22/hour depending on experience.
