Under the direction of the Vice President for Outpatient Services, the CMHC and Braintree Outpatient Program Director oversees the Community Mental Health Center operations and expansion of the service delivery transformative model, including integrated behavioral and medical health and urgent care, across the organization. The CMHC and Braintree Outpatient Program Director is responsible for oversight of the program coordination and data evaluation for the CMHC grant. The CMHC and Braintree Outpatient Program Director oversees all operations of the Braintree Outpatient Clinic which serves as a primary site in the CMHC, with a focus on open access care on a day to day basis. Overall responsible for service delivery; fiscal management; coordination and integration of care internally and externally to Aspire Health Alliance; and supervision of management staff. Maintains regulatory compliance; quality assurance; and managed care standards and requirements.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Oversees overall operation of Aspire's CMHC expansion and grant program while providing project oversight and leadership, including oversight of the CMHC Project Coordinator.
• Oversees the operation and leadership of Aspire's Outpatient Services Clinic located in Braintree, which serves as a primary site for CMHC services, and oversight of the Braintree outpatient clinic manager who oversees day to day operations of the clinic.
• Develops and expands urgent care and open access service delivery line for the organization.
• Works with CMHC medical director to lead effort for integration of medical services into CMHC programming and working with collaborating systems of care to ensure integrated team approach is given at all levels including medical and behavioral health.
• Oversees the program coordination and data evaluation for the CMHC grant
• Provides for the Fiscal Management of the Program and assures the proper utilization of the Agency's financial resources and ensures productivity goals are clearly communicated and met.
• Maintains regulatory compliance; quality assurance; and managed care standards and requirements.
• Provides operational and clinical leadership to clinicians to ensure quality clinical services and medication support to clients is provided, including management of the multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensures compliance is maintained with Department of Public Health guidelines throughout the clinic.
• Works with all licensing entities and payers to ensure that standards are met and exceeded.
• Ensures compliance with CMHC project requirements and evidence-based model fidelity for all services and expansion of CMHC service models across Aspire

• Three-five years of previous clinical and administrative management within community behavioral health programs.
• Experience with providing clinic based clinical services to children, adolescents, adults and families.
• Demonstrates an understanding and skill in developing and implementing the CMHC plan to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Knowledge and experience with Evidence-Based Practices.
• Knowledge and experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and has the ability to balance administrative needs with staff concerns.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively and respectfully with staff, interns, individuals, and referring agencies.
• Demonstrate the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as a member of the outpatient management team.
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail required.
• Strong presentation and training skills.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other mental health discipline.
• Independent Licensure
