<b>Job Description:</b><br><br> We are seeking a Program Manager for a very important client <br><br>Position Summary:<br>The Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Program Management and is responsible for one or more simultaneous products that are under development for customers The Program Manager may perform a variety of tasks in accordance with their training, experience, and skill.<br><br>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:<br><br>* Chair customer focus team meetings to assign actions and drive customer requirements within manufacturing.<br><br>* Overall responsible for leadership of all phases of management for the existing customer; includes interfacing with all internal partners and staff to ensure customer satisfaction <br><br>* Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional departments as required to ensure that programs are run within the requirements of the customer needs.<br><br>* Overall responsible for leadership of all phases of management for the existing customers.<br><br>* Monitor all relevant department metrics and KPI's and take associated actions where necessary.<br><br>* Suggest and lead/participate in improvement and development measures to reduce costs gain efficiencies for all areas of responsibility.<br><br>* Serves as the main interface between multiple manufacturing sites and customer to drive project plans to schedule and cost targets.<br><br>* Serve as site SAP super user for area of responsibility.<br><br>* Provides guidance and recommendations to business unit management in relation to interpretation of relevant regulations, including applicable trade reference programs, and the integration of regulatory requirements into business plans and processes.<br><br>* Interacts with internal and external customers and colleagues, and other functional areas.<br><br>* Supports the Quality Management system including conformance to ISO based registrations and controls for the facility business plan based upon targeted market sectors.<br><br>* Manages conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, as well as partners with business executives and operations leaders in order to develop appropriate solutions.<br><br>* Reviews and supporting negotiations on terms and conditions for completing Contracts and Agreements to help establish strategic customer partnerships.<br><br>* Prepares activity reports and other data input as required<br><br>* other miscellaneous tasks as assigned<br><br>* Manages and conducts customer Quarterly Business Review (QBR) <br><br>* Manages customer expectation and serve as Voice Of Customer (VOC) to factory <br><br>* Manage and maintain account profitability.<br><br>* Manage customer Excess and Obsolete (E&O) as well as Accounts Receivable (A/R).<br><br>* Backlog management.<br><br>* Accurately publish revenue projection.<br>These tasks are performed in accordance with company standard operating procedures, professional trainings, customer requirements, and individual experience.<br><br><b>Requirement:</b><br><br>Qualifications Required/Job Specifications:<br><br>* 7 years minimum experience in a contract manufacturing or high-technology company, 10 years experience preferred.<br><br>* Requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial discipline<br><br>* Previous program management experience required.<br><br>* Must be self-directed, dependable, and motivated with excellent relationship and time management skills.<br><br>* Establishing and supporting Lean, Six Sigma, and/or other related processes for continuous improvement of critical operational metrics across key functions.<br><br>* CPI, CRM or equivalent experience<br><br>* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects Ability to meet stated customer initiated deadlines.<br><br>* Proficient with PC-based software including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel <br><br>* Strong, effective organizational skills required;
