Project Manager If you are a Project Manager with experience, please read on! We are a 100% employee owned GC that specializes in industrial and commercial projects. We are looking for an experience Project Manager to join our team immediately.
What You Will Be Doing You will work closely to collaborate across teams within the organization and be responsible for prioritizing projects accordingly, maintaining a strict schedule and budget, promoting safety and quality on all projects, managing foreman and team members, and handling RFI submittals and change orders.
What You Need for this Position At least 5 years of experience with:
- Commercial Construction
- New Construction/Ground Up Projects
- Experience with Industrial and Manufacturing projects a plus
