What You Will Be Doing - Deliver projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage project staff and schedule to ensure projects are completed on time
- Proactively maintain positive client relationships
- Effectively coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Direct activities related to construction administration
- Demonstrate the ability to perform business development and assist in marketing activities
- Mentor junior colleagues in all areas of professional and technical development
- Ensure QA/QC, including Revit
What You Need for this Position - Minimum 8 years professional experience
- B.Arch or M.Arch from accredited university
- Licensure preferred
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop
- Strong technical abilities to oversee all aspects of project design and construction
