Project Manager Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Compensation: base- $90k- $125K

We are an industry leader in the Mechanical Contracting Services in the Florida area and looking to add an experienced Senio HVAC Project Manager in the Mechanical Construction department of our company. We have been providing our services in Florida for over 30 years! We are excited to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and establish project objectives on our top commercial projects going forward. This is a full-time position for a Senior Project Manager who takes pride in managing our project manager and monitoring successful commercial HVAC projects.

What You Will Be Doing You will be managing multiple projects in the Lee County area with our client's contacts and you will be evaluating the construction and finances. The PM will be the main onsite manager of a large mechanical project with multiple team members and other subcontractors on the job site. You should expect tol be working directly with your superintendent to plan and organize the activities and CPM schedules. You will need to represent our company in project meetings and be able to communicate effectively with our vice president of operations on how the project is up to date and what needs to happen in order to hit objectives.
What You Need for this Position - 8+ years of Commercial HVAC experience and Five years of project management experience in the Mechanical HVAC Industry
- Strong Mechanical knowledge and Design knowledge is a major plus
- Communication skills strong enough to lead project meetings and speak publicly with clients and vendors
- Microsoft word, Excel, and strong computer skills
- Understanding of reporting to a VP or operations and corporate practices
