Project Manager - Electrical Contractor Based in Southern CA, our company has been providing electrical services in the commercial and Public Works markets since the 40's! We are a well established contractor in the industry and have experienced consistent growth since our conception! We are seeking an Electrical Estimator for various commercial and public works projects.
What You Will Be Doing - Reviews project contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with owners, architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepares project controls, budget setup, schedules of values/billing mechanisms, and maintain each in collaboration with operational subordinates
- Attend job walks
- Manage projects up to completion
What You Need for this Position - 5+ Years of Experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- Proven track record of success from small to large size projects
- OSHPD/HCAI Experience Preferred
