General Overview

The Project Manager will help manage and develop projects as they relate to strategy, policy, and measurement of Patient Experience and Clinician Well-Being while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of Mass General Brigham.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports the development and creation of policies, guidelines, and targeted efforts to improve patient experience and Clinician Well-Being across the Mass General Brigham enterprise with support from the Chief Patient Experience Officer and Director of Patient Experience Measurement and Engagement.
• Provides effective project management support for the clinician well-being survey and the patient experience survey involving programmatic strategy implementation and transparency maintenance.
• Supports patient-facing clinical content coordination as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
• 2+ years of proven project management skills required
• 3+ years prior experience as a project manager or senior analyst in a field related to patient experience and/or quality.
• Familiarity with leading best practices for patient experience policies
• A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements
