Project Superintendent If you are a Project Superintendent with Multi-Family Construction experience, please read on!

We are searching for an experienced Project Superintendent to add to our team for projects going up around the Santa Cruz area. We build hotels, apartments, senior housing, and all other multi-family projects in between. If you are looking to take your career to the next level, while also joining a successful team for many years, then we want to talk to you!
What You Will Be Doing - Run and direct jobsite from start to finish
- Review plans and update weekly plans as needed
- Prepare and execute budgets
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedule as needed
- Run jobsite meetings
- Close out project at the end
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of Construction Management experience
- 5+ years of Multi-Family Construction experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Degree in Construction Management is preferred
