We are an established, reputable,and growing real estate firm with a presence all over the US. Due to growth, we are seeking a Property Manager for our retail properties in the Anaheim area.

We are also looking for a Property Manager in Riverside as well!

What You Will Be Doing -Manage retail/shopping center portfolio with the help of an Assistant Property Manager
-Interact with tenants, owners, vendors, and other relevant parties as needed
-Show vacant properties to prospective tenants
-Oversee improvement projects and ensure they are on track and on budget
-Address any after-hours tenant emergencies when needed
-Develop working knowledge of properties and how to improve cashflow
What You Need for this Position -Active Real Estate Sales License
-3+ years in a Property Manager role
-Retail/Shopping Center management preferred but not required
