Job Description

Sampling of WFI and purified water systems, clean steam, and compressed gases.

•Testing of water and product samples including conductivity, bioburden, endotoxin, TOC and microbial ID's, growth promotion, nano filtration, A280, water analysis

•Surface and Air Clean Room Environmental Monitoring, sample incubation and processing

Reading, recording, and trending of data

•Review of testing and documentation where required

•Participate in QC project teams to accomplish effective results

•Maintain lab instrumentation according to maintenance schedules

•Read, understand, and follow SOP's and comply with GMP regulations

•Generate Trend Reports for GPF and GPF-N facilities

•Accurately perform testing, maintain documentation and prepare reports in association with the performing of assays

•Maintain supply levels for performance of assigned duties

•Maintain accurate and updated lab notebooks and records

•Follow all safety regulations and accepted lab practices

•Ability to solve complex problems independently and within a team

Ability to take strategic initiatives and translate in tactical solutions

Qualifications

•Bachelors in a Scientific Field

•1+ years of experience

•cGMP knowledge is a must

•Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization

•Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

•Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: Outlook, Explorer, Excel, Word
