This role is based out of our corporate HQ located in downtown Chicago and our five manufacturing plants in the Chicagoland area and will be a hybrid in-person/remote role. Minimal travel (up to 10%) annually.

Reporting to the Consumer Affairs Manager, the Quality Data Analyst, Consumer Affairs, will provide data that drives business decisions on every level within the company. As part of the Quality department, the Consumer Affairs Data Analyst has an eye for what drives business performance and analyzes data to make recommendations for improvement in efficiency and productivity. Your ability to work in fast-paced environment, a strong attention to detail, a helpful can-do attitude, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills will ensure your success in this critical position. In this position, you will interact closely with the R&D, QA, Marketing, and Plant Operations teams daily, transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth.
