What you'll do:

• Direct plant activities to assure administrative quality procedures.
  
• Quality Control Software (Gainseeker) training, maintenance and record control.
  
• Lead the plant continuous improvement program (SPC) and quality control software.
  
• Maintain quality records, forms, and equipment.
  
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
  

We need you to have:

• We highly value candidates with Bachelor's degree, particularly in a technical field, although we also welcome applicants with equivalent technical experience.
  
• Quality experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
  
• Strong working knowledge and understanding of SPC.
  
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
