Job Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors entering the lobby and direct them appropriately
• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls    
• Note staff movements in and out of the office
• Prepare, and distribute ingoing and outgoing mail
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Maintain conference room calendar
• Organize and order food for lunches/trainings as needed
• Check and organize daily receiving paperwork
• Assist in billing process
• Process payments on account
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications & Expectations:

• Upbeat, outgoing and friendly personality
• Accurate and dependable
• Professional personal presentation
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Team player attitude

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Heavy phone and computer use
• Office environment, mainly seated at a desk
• Some lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
