Basic Job Functions:
The Recruiting and Talent Coordinator's focus will be on the growth and development of our existing platform and exploring new ventures for talent recruiting and development. Duties will include, but are not limited to, expanding our existing talent recruitment channels, building on to our existing diversity and inclusion initiatives, evaluating the onboarding, mentor, and feedback programs, facilitate Nucor courses for teammates and leadership development for the Division. This teammate will also be responsible for developing/growing our division's use of social media platforms to build better brand awareness and develop new recruiting pipelines. They will take a proactive approach in hosting quarterly, or as needed, meetings with the leadership teams from each department to stay in tune with their recruiting and development needs.
