Description
Responsibilities:
Provides nursing services for the UMHB Health Center in the absence of or in support of the full time R.N. Estimated 4-6 weeks total per calendar year is anticipated for this position, mostly in summer and late spring months, typically day shift.
Minimum Requirements:
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
- A current and valid Texas Registered Nursing license is required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or the ability to acquire upon employment).
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
- Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
