The Research and Outreach Assistant will work closely with the Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator. Primary duties will involve screening and managing program referrals, discussing research studies with families, determining participant eligibility, and building the center's research database. The position will also involve initiating and maintaining partnerships in the community, organizing outreach events, and supporting families already involved in the research.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social work, or related field, excellent interpersonal communication skills, outgoing and comfortable speaking to individuals on the phone, in-person, and on video chat , knowledge about the needs and challenges of families affected by autism.
