The Robotic Finisher is responsible for performing all robotic and hand polishing/buffing operations on Zimmer Biomet products using abrasive belts, buffs, compounds, and greases to attain the required cosmetic and blueprint specifications on the product.

Weekend Shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun 10am - 10pm OR Thurs/Fri/Sat 10pm - 10am) - Work 36 hours & get paid for 40 hours plus $2500 Sign-On Bonus

• Load and unload parts in the Robots
• Change belts and wheel as necessary for proper finish
• Maintains all equipment in the department as is required
• Do final buff for parts requiring additional work after robots finish

• Proficient reading and interpreting blueprints
• Proficient in performing inspection of products using micrometers, calipers, comparator and gauges.
• Capable of working without close supervision
• Works in a team/cellular environment

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1 year experience with orthopaedic polishing or buffing using a variety of metals
• Robotic CNC experience preferred
• Certified inspection techniques within 30 days of start
