POSITION SUMMARYThe Safety Coordinator conducts end user tasks, to include running reports, collating data, updating and deleting records, and compiling information from several departmental systems. These systems include a Record Management System, an Access Control System, a Camera Management System, a Audio Recording Software), and other digital content on college servers. The Safety Coordinator provides customer service to internal and external stakeholders and provides technical support, guidance, and compiles reports and information for the Department of Campus Safety Command Staff (Direct, Assistant Director, Shift Supervisors). Administrative support for the Command Staff to include; phone answering, taking messages, preparing monthly credit card statements for approval, data entry duties related to the use of the systems and tasks performed on each system, this would include; parking citation entry, parking citation billing, permit sales and distribution, access card troubleshooting, completing work orders for internal service departments and external vendors contracted by the College to perform work on-site.
