This position is a "designated position" meaning this position could potentially be required to work (depending on the event) during an emergency closing.

To ensure necessary food items are prepared in appropriate quantities and according to established quality guidelines for customer needs.

• Demonstrated ability to work in very fast paced atmosphere.
• Will be required to work days, evening and some weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation, punctuality is a required.

Education:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

• Cooking experience in a high volume institutional setting.
• Experience working in deli and or salad bar/preparation.

Experience:

• Previous experience working at a college/university.
