ABOUT THE ROLE

REPAY is looking for a Sales Executive to be an integral member of our Sales Team. Sales Executives at REPAY uncover, identify, and build relationships with new clients that benefit from our payment and messaging solutions. You will be targeting Auto clients seeking payment solutions that create better customer experiences, reduce manual processes, and decrease costs. This is a true hunter sales position of net new logo clients that reports to the VP of Sales. The individual is highly organized and detail-oriented, able to think outside the box and is comfortable talking to customers and asking probing questions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.

• You will be a trusted advisor to potential clients by conveying your personal expertise in the industry and focus on solution selling.

• Sell via consultative approach, understand potential clients' business goals, and align the REPAY value proposition to help them achieve their goal.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to target and sign.

• Sell our merchant acquiring services and payment solutions and recommend key functionality that empowers customers to optimize their business growth strategies.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead, close to go live.

• Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.

• Work cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, and client support to create and deliver tailored pitches and effectively own the sales process.

• Participate in relevant industry events, develop, and promote company brand.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Proven Experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role preferably in Payments/Fintech

• Demonstrable talent and skill in the areas of prospecting, lead generation, opportunity development, sales strategy development and execution, sales forecasting, and driving opportunities to close.

• Payment processing knowledge is a plus.

• A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity is critical to success in this role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Salesforce experience is a plus.
