Baer is looking for SAP MDG Functional Technical SME for a 3+ month Federal remote project.

Title: SAP MDG Functional Technical SME
Location: Remote + Travel To Irving, TX
Duration: 3+ months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand master data management requirements and translate them into SAP MDG solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP MDG applications to meet specific business needs, including data models, workflows, business rules, and UI configurations.
• Provide expertise in SAP MDG technical architecture and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Design and execute data migration strategies to transition master data into SAP MDG from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and system administrators to ensure successful MDG implementations.
• Provide training and support to end users on SAP MDG functionalities and best practices.
• Stay current with SAP MDG trends, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance our master data management capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP MDG implementation and customization, with expertise in both functional and technical aspects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MDG data models, workflows, business rules, and UI configurations.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming and customization.
• Experience with data migration tools and strategies.
• SAP MDG certification is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree
