SUMMARY
Administrative Coordinator assists with departmental administrative and clerical functions ranging from accounting to logistics to helping support the improvement and development of operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs a variety of frequently non-routine administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Resolves most questions and problems, especially in customer service.
  • Works with minimal supervision.
  • Assists and trains other supply chain members with quality and logistics activity.
  • Applies some advanced skills including data entry and reporting analysis.
  • Adapts procedures and techniques to meet more complex requirements.
  • Generates and processes reports, orders, requests, contracts, and memos.
  • Maintains office files/file paperwork.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6-9 years experience in a similar position.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Experience in supply chain management and familiarity in coordinating activities with warehouses and logistics service providers.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • ISO-9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification a plus but not required.
