The Sr. Analyst, Centers of Excellence is responsible for analytical and process support on key optimization and continuous improvement projects for the Operations organization, with a primary focus on Supply Chain and Order to Cash. Work jointly with multiple areas of the organization with exposure to senior-level management.

• Responsible to lead investigations into multiple streams of data to help solve complex business issues. Perform ad-hoc data mining and analysis to support organizational decision-making
• Identify trends, research effect drivers, and evaluate results
• Conduct modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, business case development, and other operational analysis
• Support all Operations functions with analytical and project-based efforts on an ad hoc basis
• Prepare abundant ad-hoc reports and contribute to business cases
• Help facilitate cross-functional communication throughout Supply Chain functions
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend improvements to Operations business processes
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Understand and demonstrates the Company's core values
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experiences that will support your success

• 4+ years experience
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Related Majors or Business, Finance, Engineering
• Demonstrated experience analyzing, data mining, and reporting on large and complex datasets
• Demonstrated knowledge of a data visualization platform (such as Tableau or Power BI)
• Demonstrated Knowledge of SQL or other potential languages (Python, R, VBA, etc.) are a plus
• Past Experience in Statistical and Operations Research-based problem solving is a plus
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP APO is a plus
• High proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite
