What You Will Be Doing The Sr Business Strategist will be responsible for shaping client engagements by applying analytical, strategic, and operational lenses to assess market opportunities, define business concepts, and convey compelling market entry strategies for executive audiences.
What You Need for this Position Responsibilities :

- Execute market/industry assessments using secondary and primary research of markets, trends, and competitors
- Provide a business lens in the user research and synthesis process, contributing to innovation insights, business concept designs, and strategic/operational analysis.
- Develop market entry strategies, partner/acquisition recommendations, and go-to-market strategies for new products and services
- Apply a strong analytical skill-set to help structure approaches and carry out analyses ranging from market sizing to profit model design
- Partner with clients and team members throughout an engagement, including contributing to the design and facilitation of client workshops
- Initiate and own community outreach opportunities on behalf of the Business Strategy practice, such as MBA internship recruiting events and workshop facilitation at local universities
- Lead portions of proposal creation including defining activities/methods with other design disciplines; lead portions of client approach discussion/ pitches; identify and implement improvements to our capabilities and processes.
- Know the Business of the Business: Act as a steward of our overall business by exploring future possibilities for the organization including new offerings and capabilities, talent acquisition, thought leadership, and other business growth-oriented activities

Required qualifications include:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or similar degree program
- Three to five+ years relevant experience executing business strategy projects, ideally including: growth strategies, market assessments and sizing, business/operational model analysis and design, competitive intelligence and/or roadmap development
- Demonstrated analytical and/or financial modeling skills
- Comfort structuring highly ambiguous topics within cross-functional teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Clear interest in design and user-centered design philosophy
