We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a full-time Senior Level Civil Engineering position for one of our North Carolina offices (Charlotte, Raleigh, Kernersville). The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and possess the professional and interpersonal skills to make a positive impact on our firm and the clients we serve.

Pay: 95,000 - 125,000

SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of municipal and private engineering projects including:
• Proposal preparation
• Reports and studies
• Design and construction documents
• Scheduling, coordination and budgeting
• Provide design of municipal and private engineering projects including sanitary sewers, storm sewers, stormwater design, site plans and minor roadway projects.
• Willing to balance performing design work and assisting in sales efforts.
• Project/task and client management.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work in a team setting collaboratively with a group of transportation and site/civil engineers.
• Ability to identify project issues and facilitate resolution.
• Able to adapt to quickly changing priorities and conditions.
• Coordinate with survey crews.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, required
• North Carolina PE, required.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
