Senior Finance & Tax Accountant

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Accountant to join their dynamic team! This is a great opportunity to step out of public accounting into industry with a strong leadership team and opportunities for career advancement! CPA is required.

Responsibilities:
* Conducts research on accounting and taxation issues
* Manages the coordination and allocation of quarterly estimated tax payments to relevant state and local jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations
* Manage financial records, including capital account reconciliations and maintenance of retirement contribution records.
* Collaborates with the third-party tax advisors to facilitate Partnership's annual tax filings including Form 1065

Qualifications:
* Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
* 3+ years of relative experience in public accounting or public/private mix
* CPA required
* Strong understanding of GAAP
