Senior Internal Auditor - Remote

Look no further-building and supply manufacturer in Lancaster, PA is looking for an Senior Auditor to execute and lead audit assignments. Identifies problems and resolutions for risk-based assurance and advisory engagements across the organization. Performs risk and control identification and evaluation of internal accounting controls, advanced audit techniques, research and analysis. World Class Benefits and ability to work hybrid. Primary Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in special projects, such as M&A due diligence, ethics investigations and serving on task forces, as well as department quality assurance activities and responding to management requests;
Assist the Company's external auditors in their testing and evaluation of operating effectiveness of the Company's internal controls
Ensures engagements are completed objectively, professionally, timely and in accordance with corporate and industry audit standards.
Participate on or lead projects in the annual audit plan involving the delivery of controls advisory services, such as developing controls in new systems and processes, redesigning business processes, troubleshooting unexpected financial, operational and control issues that arise, and a variety of other matters
Draft audit report that conveys insights as to the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and business processes
Prepare and communicate findings and conclusions during closing meetings with stakeholders

Requirements
Accounting degree, Finance degree, Business Administration degree or Economics degree; Bachelor's
5+ years progressive experience with a national accounting firm, public company internal audit experience, or equivalent financial experience with a global organization
CPA, CIA or CISA ideal
Knowledge of SAP ECC or S/4HANA ideal
