What you'll do...

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Color Trends, a role that is pivotal in establishing our brand's position in color and trend innovation and ensuring our products remain at the forefront of style and relevance. This role will be based out of our home office location in Bentonville, Arkansas. Please note that this role will not support immigration-related employment benefits such as H-1B, TN, L-1, or STEM Extension

What you'll do:
Trend Leadership and Development: Direct the creation of Member's Mark™ seasonal color palettes, prints, and patterns, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and market trends.
Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary expert on color, trend, and development processes, educating and guiding cross-functional product development and sourcing teams on the strategic use of color across various categories.
Agency Collaboration: Work with agency partners to develop and deliver color, print, and pattern assets, overseeing project timelines to ensure smooth handover to product development and merchandising teams.
Brand Positioning: Define and maintain the brand's stance on color and trend through extensive research and analysis of runway shows, editorials, trend services, and current global and pop culture trends.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with product development teams to align color palettes with the brand's seasonal strategy and optimize existing color libraries for efficiency.
Resource Management: Oversee the Member's Mark Color, Trend & Pattern Seasonal decks across all categories, creating a comprehensive library of assets for team access and managing color systems, color chips, and other necessary development assets.
Business Strategy Execution: Lead multiple business plans and projects, addressing member and operational needs, setting performance standards, and adjusting strategies to achieve business goals.
Policy and Community Engagement: Advocate for company policies, values, and ethical standards, contributing to community outreach events to demonstrate the brand's commitment to social responsibility.

What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in color trends, product development, or a related field, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in color theory, print, and pattern development.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, with a sharp eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of global trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of educating and motivating teams across departments.
- Proficient in project management, with a track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
- A commitment to continuous learning, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Graphic Design, or related field and 3 years' experience in textile design, print design, graphic design, or related area OR 5 years' experience in textile design, print design, graphic design, or related area.
