To support this initiative, we have a new opportunity for a forward-thinking, strategic and innovative relationship builder to join us as a Senior Manager, Strategy Offer Delivery. We need someone obsessed with delivering on the value proposition of our data-driven Strategy Offer and increasing our market share. What you will do:

• Lead the delivery of the Strategy offers. You will leverage industry knowledge and expertise in advanced analytics and data science outputs to provide onboarding support, thought leadership, critical advice and insight to clients. You will lead client presentations and interactions that demonstrate our expert knowledge and deliver value using the market factor models, data, Intelligence, and analytical capabilities.

• Provide thought leadership and insights on key CRE trends and activities. You will collaborate with other leaders to interpret critical trends and activities in the market impacting the CRE industry, our clients, and how they impact our clients use of our Strategy offers. You will analyze model outputs and trends, deliver these insights to customers through presentations, and make recommendations on use-cases within the platform to demonstrate value.

• Act as a bridge and champion. You will liaise between the client and data science team during mobilization and delivery activities to share insights with clients and address any custom requirements. You will capture client feedback to improve accuracy, address model issues, and support continuous improvement.

• Support client engagement throughout the mobilization and delivery. You will work with Sales and other teams to ensure the offer can support all client use cases. You will enhance the client's engagement with specific data science and research functions. You will be the voice of the customer, anticipating their needs, ensuring delivery is meeting expectations, and troubleshooting issues.

You have:

• The experience. You have CRE industry experience in Asset, Fund, or Development Management as an Analyst or Consultant. Or you may have an investment or fund management background with a focus on the real estate industry. You understand the market and different asset classes, can apply your knowledge in practical ways to guide your recommendations. You are data-driven, able to build and interpret data models, and articulate offers based on insights. You have professional, flexible, and effective communication skills. You have an extensive industry network and can build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing decision makers.

• The passion. You have an innate curiosity and drive to design strategic solutions, going over and above to meet the needs of your clients. You are a master translator comfortable presenting concepts and data to C-level executives. You have a way of speaking that engages your audience and instills confidence and credibility. You are a solution-oriented, strategic hub of information, able to leverage data to create actionable insights.

• The ownership. You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, enjoying the challenge of a blank slate and the role of both customer champion and solution advocate. You are invested in satisfying your clients and work hard to do it well, on spec and on time.

• The technical skills. You have a solid understanding of data science approaches and best practices, CRE data and analytics, predictive analytics, and applications within CRE.

• The flexibility. You are open to traveling up to 10% of the time throughout North America.
