Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Specialist to support a leading team of Brokers at a top global real estate services firm. The role consists of execution of work related to commercial real estate transactions and client deliverables. This individual must be a collaborative team player with a can-do mindset and will participate in regular business and team meetings to understand and facilitate client goals. This role requires someone with strong creative and marketing skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and managing projects through completion. The individual should have experience in the Adobe creative suite and will be trained and developed to become highly proficient with internal systems and technologies, as well as Workday, Salesforce and Microsoft applications.
Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide marketing support
• Support content creation process with regards to timeline and transaction cycle
• Coordinate with other functional teams (research, finance etc.) based on the needs of the team and client
• Support timeliness of deliverables

Key Responsibilities
Pitch and Proposal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal functional groups on behalf of brokers in support of pursuits as needed.
• This includes obtaining and delivering necessary information for content creation for marketing deliverables (graphic design, mapping, etc.)
• Attend strategy sessions with brokers and other departments as necessary to generate creative/innovative ideas for pursuits
• Create market documents, tour books, property flyers, brochures and other marketing materials as needed.
• Email blasts and regular campaigns to clients using html coding.

Business Development

• Collect and prepare information for client activity reports
• Create and administer marketing materials and collateral
• Update website content on behalf of brokers
• Coordinate vendor services (e.g. photographs and aerials)
• Oversee and maintain marketing schedule (e.g. administration of e-comms) for respective clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in marketing or related field
• Or similar combination of education and experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including creating and editing marketing materials
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• 3+ years Adobe InDesign experience
• Active Email Campaign knowledge an advantage, together with experience using Wordpress or equivalent for updating listings on our website
• Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to set priorities and handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
• History of excellent internal and external customer service.
