The Senior Paralegal

serves as the operational lead on a variety of key tasks and functions within the Legal Department including corporate governance, licensing, corporate compliance, as well as a variety of risk management and high-level administrative tasks. In addition, this role works in partnership with the team to complete other key projects and tasks, develop and implement processes, conduct required research, and assist with administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintenance of corporate records
* Filing of annual reports
* Filing various license applications and renewals
* Review of various vendor and customer documentation
* Assist with various risk management functions
* Database management
* Project Lead for a variety of projects and initiatives

Skills, Education and Experience

* Bachelor’s Degree
* Degree or Certification in Paralegal Studies preferred but not required
* 5-10 years of corporate paralegal/legal assistant experience
* Experience in construction, equipment rentals, or related industry preferred
* Intermediate to expert-level skills with Office 365, notably Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
* Articulate thoughts in a succinct and respectful manner, ensuring the message is understood
* Intermediate to expert-level research skills
* Meticulous attention to detail, motivated and able to produce high quality work
* Highly organized and adaptable to changing needs and priorities and ability to consistently meet deadlines
