The Senior Procurement Solutions Professional within the Construction Industries Supply Management (CISM) division requires an analytical and collaborative professional to work closely with CISM leadership team in the Machine Business Division (MBD) cost teams. This role involves reporting, tracking, aligning, and forecasting cost measurements, while actively participating in in the development and implementation of procurement cost tools and reporting methods. The ideal candidate will possess or be willing to acquire expertise in data analytics and procurement cost tools and demonstrate the ability to drive results and facilitate the CISM cost management process. This individual will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and monitoring of procurement cost capabilities to provide globally aligned business insights, forecasts, and reporting.

What You Will Do:

  • Assume a pivotal role as the lead technical representative within cost management and reporting, engaging directly with various procurement enterprise representatives, and presenting compelling recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Spearhead the design and development of solutions, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and business units to gather the Voice of the Business (VOB) & Voice of the Customer (VOC), distill business requirements, and craft plans to ensure successful deployments.
  • Drive strategic initiatives by contributing to the development of standardized business practices, offerings, services, and the development of associated tools and training programs.
What You Have (Basic Qualifications):
  • Degree/experience: bachelor's degree OR progressive experience in supply chain or procurement.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making , with a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to inform strategic procurement decisions. Progressive experience in data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and suppliers. Willing and able to collaborate with international teams in various time zones.
  • Well-versed in navigating matrixed organizational structures , effectively collaborating with a wide range of professionals and enterprise representatives. Demonstrated ability to engage directly with senior leaders and present data-based recommendations to drive consensus and action.
  • Knowledge of policies, regulations, and processes of purchasing ; ability to use practices and procedures for procurement of materials, components, equipment, and services.
Top Candidates Will Have :
  • Familiarity with heavy machinery or other similar industries, providing valuable context for immediate contribution.
  • Experience in systems such as Tableau, PowerBI, procurement systems, manufacturing management systems, and supply chain management systems.
