Senior Project Engineer *Job Title:* Project Manager - Land Development
*Location:* Austin, TX
*Salary Range:* $110k - $140k

*Requirements for this position:*
1.) At least 5 Yrs. of Land Development Exp.
2.) Design Skills and Experience Managing Residential and Commercial Land Development
3.) Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the Sate of Texas
4.) Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET Accredited University
What You Will Be Doing Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. We are a fast growing civil engineering company that is committed to efficiency, excellence, and integrity!

*Status: * Onsite

*Summary:* You will manage concept planning to the completion of projects for water, sewer, drainage, paving, and site layout. Responsibilities include working in conjunction with CAD designers and drafters on the design of site and performing QA/QC inspections. You will also manage the production of project deliverables including specs, plans, memoranda, and reports independently.
