What You Will Be Doing Main Responsibilities:

- Resolve the budget in its entirety into scopes of work and executed contracts while improving the profitability of the project
- Understand all current cost expenditures and forecast all cost projections
- Manage QA/QC process for project in partnership with the Project Superintendent
- Ensure all project insurances, including builder's risk and bonds, are obtained to begin job
- Manage RFI process in partnership with the Project Superintendent
- Maintain project schedules, quality and safety, in partnership with Project Superintendent
- Produce job status reports and profit projections
- Responsible for mitigating and reporting project risk
- Manage delivery of closeout documents and owner training
- Identify contractual substantial completion requirements and obtain notices for substantial and final completion
What You Need for this Position Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or experience in the Construction field
- 5+ Years of experience of general contracting experience with related project experience in Industrial, Retail, Multi-family, K-12, Etc.
- A Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience as a Project Manager within Commercial Construction
- Knowledge of construction cost and estimating, construction scheduling, and engineering principles and techniques
- Knowledge of various design and construction means, methods and materials, their characteristics, and installation procedures.
- Proficient with Software Applications such as MS Office, MS Suites, P6,Procore is a plus
