Senior Risk Control Consultant

As member of our Risk Control Department you will positively impact profitability by applying effective risk management techniques in the selection management and retention of desirable accounts. In this role you will utilize your risk control experience to contribute to both the corporations and departments business objectives through book management endeavors with the selection and retention of profitable business by focusing on exposures controls results and effective communication. You will also support broker management initiatives in training provide technical quality assurance and through consultation with peers to improve results.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute the delivery of service that will impact results on business
• Conduct exposure/control analysis on prospective and current clients
• Provide consultative services to clients
• Conduct service capability presentation/orientations to current and prospective clients
• Develop quantifiable exposure based on action plan for clients
• Conduct pre-underwriting risk assessments
• Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

• Bachelor's degree preferably safety or risk management related or equivalent work experience
• Five plus years property and casualty risk management consultation experience prior safety experience preferred
• Working knowledge of mandatory regulatory codes by product line
• Excellent communications skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills required
