Lasko Products, an industry leader in providing and manufacturing home environment products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Senior Sales Service Representative to the team. This will be a hybrid role in our West Chester, PA location.

The Senior Sales Service Representative will partner with assigned national account sales managers to drive channel sales at top tier accounts. You will be responsible for utilizing retail performance tracking tools, compiling data and competitive intelligence from multiple sources, coordinating sales presentations for major accounts, supporting sales post-sale, and ensuring seamless execution of orders per the individual requirements of each account. In addition, you will collaborate with team members across the organization to execute seasonal programs.

Essential Functions

• Partner with national account sales managers to drive sales at top tier accounts
• Support sales process from product sell-in through post-sale follow-up
• Monitor inventory and order requirements to meet customer needs
• Gather data across accounts, regions, distribution channels, and products
• Collaborate with sales to update forecasts monthly
• Contribute to S&OP process with account and/or channel requirements
• Assemble information related to competitive issues, product assortments, retail pricing, weather forecasting, and emerging trends to support assigned account requirements
• Coordinate sales collateral to meet presentation deadlines
• Communicate regularly with sales, marketing, procurement, engineering, accounts receivables and logistics
• Other sales and marketing team projects, as needed

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years related experience required
• Knowledge of mass retail distribution, merchandising, or consumer durables experience preferred

Based in the greater Philadelphia, PA area, Lasko Products operates in locations throughout the US and Canada.
